How do I know if I will get results?

Results are completely up to you.

A Personal Note From Madame Menopause

I am Jacinta.

I am a Post Menopause Woman.

I went into early menopause at age 41.
It began with my menstrual cycle coming to a complete & sudden hault.

Then the hot flushes - I saw that as a win.
The night sweats & migraines - not so much fun.
I didn't want any more children - so that was a win.
BUT - then the curves came. It began with my boobs.

Then my hips. My stomach. A thickened waist.

My clothes didn't fit.

I didn't like it!

Nothing that had worked for me in the past to stay in shape worked any more.

But - then I found something that did work.

A game changer!

Now I have curves AND am happy with my body. I am actually quite thrilled with it. It's a woman's body. I have earned this body. While it's not what most people would say is the "best body of my life" - it actually is "the best body of my life."

I’ve seen how much life sucks when you begin to hate your body. It affects how you see every aspect of your life .

Isn't it time we saw menopause differently? Isn't it time we shifted a little weight while also shifting our mind sets?

But I digress…
